Shopping online
You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is processed.
Please update your address via the link sent to you or update the driver once your parcel has been sent out.
Due to health and safety processes we don't allow for any perishable items to be returned.
Unfortunately, orders can sometimes arrive damaged. Please get in touch here with photos of what's been damaged and your order number.
Delivery
We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday delivery for orders placed before 3pm on Friday.
Shipping costs will be based on weight and the amount of products included. Base shipping will start at AED 22.00 for the first 3pcs and 5kgs, an additional AED 1 will be added for each item added and AED 2.00 for each kg over the base.
We deliver across the UAE. Outlying areas will have 1-2 days lead time and will be charged an additional AED 10.00
You will receive free shipping on all orders over AED 200.00
We can deliver to GCC but custom charges will apply and the customer will be responsible for this. Please allow for a longer delivery lead time of 2-3 days.

In order to start earning loyalty points you will need to follow these instructions:
- Download the Knoops app for iOS here and for Android here
- Click "Profile" in the bottom right hand corner
- Then "New user? Sign up now"
- Enter your details (if you had the old app - use the same email address that you used for the old app so we can link your points)
- Agree to receive offers and promotions to find out how to gain bonus points
- Click "Sign up"
- You can then order through the app, or scan your QR code when you earn points in-store.
If you're visiting one of our stores, please let the team know of any allergies before ordering as there may be a risk of cross-contamination with some products. You can find a list of all allergies here.
Our real chocolate flakes aren't just for hot chocolates, choose our iced chocolate or milkshakes for a refreshing Knoops.
Our light iced chocolates are similar to an iced coffee, we start with a small, strong hot chocolate, then we top it up with cold milk and pour over ice cubes.
While our milkshakes are made from your favourite % flakes, milk and some soft scoop ice cream. Unfortunately, we cannot make these vegan.
Our Dubai store is wheelchair and pram accessible.

No, we are currently not available on any food delivery platforms.
We heat our milk to between 65-70'c so that we maintain the best possible flavour of the milk without destroying its nutrients. This also means that you'll be able to drink your hot chocolate from the moment it's served. If you would like your drink extra hot next time you visit, please just ask the team.
Yes, we take cash and card but only accept UAE currency in cash.
Knoops Loyalty

- You can then order through the app, or scan your QR code when you earn points in-store.
Earn 1 point per Dhs. 5 you spend*. If ordering in store, show staff your QR code which you can access from the home screen. If ordering via the app, your points will automatically be added if you’re logged in.
Loyalty points expire every 12 months.
*not applicable on gift cards, gift packaging, makers, milk frothers and coffee machines.
You’ll be able to claim different drinks depending on how many points you have in your account:
- To see what rewards you can access with your point balance, log in to your account on the app, then tap ‘Loyalty’– the star at the bottom of the screen. Rewards that are available to you will be displayed here. You can then redeem your offer by clicking the one you want.
- You cannot scan offers with the QR code, you have to order through the app to redeem it: tap the store location, choose your drink/tube of flakes. In the cart, you can redeem your offer via “choose personal offers” and select your offer.
We recommend enabling push notifications and signing up to our emails, so you don't miss out on any offers. You can do this by tapping 'Settings', then sliding on for push notifications.
Points cannot be added to your account once the order has gone through. Please scan your QR code before paying
Our app can also be used to place orders. Points will be automatically added when you are logged in and you get to skip the ordering queue.
